El Monstruo Del Mar Tee (Mexican Title, translation: Monster from the Sea) is based on the movie poster of The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms (also known as El monstruo de tiempos remotos in Spain and Le monstre des temps perdus in France). The colors on the shirt are vibrant and vivid just like the movie posters of the era.
